Product Engineering
From discovery through run, we build the product itself: services, experiences, and the rituals that keep a backlog honest.
TechCriti started as a small group of engineers who were tired of software that looked finished and behaved unfinished. We named the studio after the habit we refuse to drop: critique. Every interface, service, and release is examined for what it will do to the people who operate it six months later.
Today we partner with product companies and internal digital teams to design platforms, modernize estates, and install delivery systems that keep quality visible. We write the unglamorous pieces too — data contracts, runbooks, test harnesses — because that is where software either ages well or quietly decays.

From discovery through run, we build the product itself: services, experiences, and the rituals that keep a backlog honest.
Pipelines, contracts, and decision surfaces so analytics is part of the product, not a warehouse that nobody trusts.
Interaction design that respects operational reality. Beautiful screens that still survive peak traffic and tired users.
Because we will not hide uncertainty behind velocity. TechCriti squads bring product sense, platform craft, and a written critique practice. You get software that can be operated, extended, and explained — not a black box that only the original contractor understands.
Engagements are structured as shared ownership. We document decisions, transfer skills, and measure success by the health of the system after we step back, not by the size of the slide deck at kickoff.
